Terms of Service

Last updated30 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and FORTHEKIDS PTE. LTD. (UEN 201630580N). They cover the Saella website and app. By creating an account you accept them; if you use Saella for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.

The service

Saella helps you find companies in Southeast Asia, send email campaigns and follow-ups, track results, and work through the Saella assistant. Features marked Early access or Coming soon may change, be limited or be removed.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You sign up with a work email and sign in with Google, Microsoft or a one-time email code.
  • Each company domain has one workspace. The person who claims the domain is its admin; the admin approves members and sets their roles, and can disable a member (their automations pause).
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.

Your content and data

  • You own what you put into Saella - templates, contact lists, campaigns ("Your Content"). You let us host, process and send it only to provide and improve the service.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you email and to use any list you upload.
  • For recipient data you are the controller and Saella is your processor.

Company records

Saella provides business records from public registries in seven markets. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee every record is complete or current. Use them only inside Saella for your own outreach: no bulk export, copying or resale, no scraping, no bypassing rate limits.

The Saella assistant

The assistant is an AI, not a person. It drafts content and prepares actions. It asks for your approval before it sends email or changes your campaigns. Check what it writes; you are responsible for what you approve. AI output can be wrong and is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Acceptable use and anti-spam

This section is also published on its own as the Saella Anti-spam Policy. It applies to every email sent through Saella.

Spam is unwanted bulk or commercial messaging: email to people who opted out, misleading content, or lists that were bought, rented or harvested without permission. Saella is built for relevant, professional outreach, not spam.

As a sender you must

  • Contact relevant businesses only, with content specific to the recipient's company and role.
  • Use your own lists only with a lawful basis. Never upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
  • Be honest: a real sender name, a domain you control, a subject line that matches the content.
  • Identify yourself: every email names your company and gives a valid way to contact you, including a postal address.
  • Respect opt-outs: never remove the unsubscribe link, and never contact someone again after they opt out - through Saella or any other tool.
  • Follow the email and data-protection laws of each recipient's country. You are responsible for knowing and meeting them.
  • Send no prohibited content: phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, adult content, gambling, deceptive financial offers, or anything that harasses or discriminates.

What Saella does to protect deliverability

  • Authenticates your domain (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) before you can send from it, and keeps checking it.
  • Checks content before sending - broken merge tags, a generic greeting going out in bulk.
  • Adds an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header to every bulk email, as Gmail and Yahoo require; recipients confirm in their own language.
  • Checks addresses before sending and skips those that are clearly invalid.
  • Keeps a shared suppression list: an address that hard-bounced, reported spam or was refused by our email provider is skipped for every Saella workspace, and is removed from company records.
  • Grows each workspace's daily sending allowance with its delivered volume (warm-up) and pauses sending automatically when bounces or complaints pass a safe level - admins get an in-app notice and an email.

Enforcement. We may pause campaigns, limit sending, suspend a workspace or close an account that breaks this section or puts deliverability at risk. Serious or repeated breaches end the account without a refund.

Report abuse. If you received unwanted email sent through Saella, use its unsubscribe link first. To report abuse, email assistant@saella.ai with the full email and its headers; we review every report.

Plans, credits and payment

  • Saella has a Free plan and paid plans; prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes. We tell you before a price change takes effect.
  • Some actions use credits; the pricing page shows how many each action uses and how plan credits renew. Sending email uses no credits. Credits you buy do not expire while your account is active and are not refundable except where the law requires.

Third-party services

Where Saella connects to another service you choose - your sign-in account, a payment provider, a social network - that service's own terms apply to it, and we are not responsible for its availability or changes.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Saella running but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we give notice before removing a paid feature you rely on.

Ending your account

You can delete your workspace at any time; export what you need first. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, do not pay, or the law requires it. After an account ends we delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Disclaimers and liability

Saella is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee delivery, open rates, replies or sales results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (US$100 if you paid none), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. You will cover us for claims arising from Your Content, your lists, or your breach of this agreement or the law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date above; if the change is significant we tell you in the app or by email. Using Saella after a change takes effect means you accept it.
